Why can't I access the Add-On sale?

Did you log into your Beachly account and select Add-Ons only to encounter a message that says "We're sorry, you are not eligible to access the Add-On Sale at this time."? If so, please review the possible reasons as to why you are encountering this message and how to resolve the issue:

 

You may be encountering this message because you do not have a subscription order scheduled during the current season. The reasons why include:

    • Skipping your order - If you previously skipped your order which was initially scheduled for the current season and is now scheduled for next season.

    • Cancelling your membership - If you do not have an active membership, you are unable to shop the Add-On Sale.

    • Expired credit card - If your credit card expired and we were unable to process your most recent order, you would not have an order scheduled in the current season.

If you would like to resolve any of these issues, please contact our awesome Customer Service team and state the reason that you believe you may be unable to access the Add-On sale. We'll be happy to adjust your billing date, help update your credit card or assist in any other way possible.

 

New Member - if you joined Beachly in the last week or so, you may not be able to access the current Add-On Sale because your order for the current season has already been processed. However, you will be able to participate in next season's Add-On Sale!
