The main differences between the Seasonal Membership and the Annual Membership are the price and when you're charged.
The Annual Membership is our pre-paid option (pre-pay and save!), and so you pay for 4 boxes in advance. In other words, you pay for the whole year at once, and you renew once per year on the same date until you cancel.
The Seasonal Membership is our pay as you go option. You pay for one box at a time on your renewal date, which happens every 3 months until you cancel.
Additionally, Annual Members also enjoy perks like customization options and early access to Member Market Sales!
To upgrade to an Annual Membership, please follow the steps below:
1. Click here to log in to our Member Dashboard using the email address and password you used when you originally signed up.
2. Once you've logged in, click "Customer Service".
3. Then click "UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP"
4. Then click "Start" and fill out the required information. Once you've done that, you're all set! Our Member Services team will do the rest.
