How can I check the status of my order?

Checking the status of your order is easy! Follow the instructions below:

- CLICK HERE to login to your Beachly account. Use the email and password you used when you signed up.

- After you've logged in, you'll see a table that shows all of your orders. One of the columns in the table is "Fulfillment Status". Look in that column to see the status of your order. If the fulfillment status is not "FULFILLED" then your order hasn't shipped yet.

Once your order ships, the status will change to "FULFILLED" and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Other Helpful Information:

After you place your first order, and after any following renewals, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Within this order confirmation email, you'll find expected shipping timelines. Generally speaking, your order should ship out within 4 days of being placed. The only exception to this is if the order was placed during a pre-season period, in which case, the order will ship out when shipping starts for that season. This will be explained in the order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you've placed an order, or have renewed, and have not received this shipping confirmation email, then your order has not shipped yet. If it has been longer than one week since you were charged, and you still haven't received the shipping confirmation email with tracking information, please CLICK HERE to get in touch with our Membership Services Team. We'll find out what is going on with your order, and we'll reply with an update. 

Note: Sometimes confirmation emails will go to your "Spam" or "All Mail" inbox, so please have a look there too!

* We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and our team is working hard to keep things as "normal" as possible. That being said, many fulfillment centers are operating at half capacity in order to establish safe working conditions for warehouse employees, and our warehouse is doing the same. As a result of this, we're currently seeing delays in the 3-5 day range, meaning, your box/order should ship within 7 - 10 business days of being placed.
