In short, we do not provide refunds or accept returns. We provide exchanges for sized apparel and accessories which do not fit as desired from our Style subscription orders. Your first exchange is always free, and future exchanges cost $7 to help with shipping and restocking fees.
Requesting an exchange is easy. Simply click HERE to use our contact form to submit your exchange request to our Member Services team.
The exchange item will be shipped to you along with a return label and extra poly mailer. Place the old item in the provided poly mailer and apply the return label to the outside of the mailer. Drop the item off at your local FedEx store or United States Post Office, and you're all set!
