My tracking isn't showing movement yet, can I cancel and get a refund?

Unfortunately not. If your order has a tracking number appended to it, the order has already been processed and scheduled to be picked up by our shipping courier. It would be nearly impossible to stop the order from shipping because it would be like finding a needle in a haystack (a single box in a stack of thousands). In addition to that, sometimes there is a delay in tracking updates, and so an order can actually already be in transit even though the tracking isn't showing movement yet.

* We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and our team is working hard to keep things as "normal" as possible. That being said, many fulfillment centers are operating at half capacity in order to establish safe working conditions for warehouse employees, and our warehouse is doing the same.
