Checking your order status is quick and easy! Here’s how to do it:

Log in to your Beachly account using the email and password you signed up with.

Once you're logged in, click into the "Order History" section to see a table listing all of your orders.

Look under the “Fulfillment Status” column:

If it says “Fulfilled” – your order has shipped! 🎉

If it’s anything else – your order hasn’t shipped just yet.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, so you’ll know exactly when your Beachly goodies are on their way! 🏖️

Order Confirmation Emails:
Right after placing your first order—or any seasonal renewal—you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes your expected shipping timeline. Typically, orders ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase (Unless you ordered during a pre-season window, in which case the shipping start date will be noted in your email.) -
Shipping Confirmation Emails:
Once your order is fulfilled and ships, we’ll send another email with tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
📬 Pro tip: If you don’t see your confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or All Mail folders—it might be hiding in there!
