How do I skip my next box?

Skipping your next box is easy! There are 3 easy ways you can do this:

Option 1: Member Services

Click here to get in touch with our amazing Membership Services Team, and let us know that you'd like to skip your next box. We'll adjust your delivery schedule for you and reply with confirmation that you're all set!

Option 2: Member Dashboard > My Orders

a) Click here to log in to our Member Dashboard using the email address and password you used when you originally signed up

b) Once you've logged in, click "My Orders" to view your upcoming orders

c) Then click, "Skip" to skip the next upcoming order.

You'll then be asked to confirm the skip, and you're all set! 

 

Option 3: Member Dashboard > Manage Subscriptions

a) Click here to log in to our Member Dashboard using the email address and password you used when you originally signed up

b) Once you've logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions"

c) Then click, "Edit Subscriptions" for the subscription you'd like to skip.

d) After you've done that, click "Skip Order" to skip the next scheduled billing date. Your new billing date will be reflected.
