How long does it take for my box to ship/arrive?

A new box is sent every 3 months for a total of 4 boxes per year. You will be billed for your first box on the day that you sign up. If you signed up for an annual subscription, you will be billed for all 4 boxes at once, and won't be charged again until your membership renews the following year.

After that, you will be billed every 3 months (or not at all if you signed up for annual) and your box will typically ship out within 4-7 business days of your billing/renewal date. Once your box ships out, transit times will vary depending on where you live and can range from 7 - 14 business days.

If you sign up during a pre-season period, your box will ship out when shipping starts for that season. The same will apply for when you renew the following season, and so on. This means that the time between your bill date/renewal date and your box shipping out will be longer than normal (longer than 4 days).
