How do I update my credit/debit card details?

Updating your card details is simple—and should only take a minute or two! 💳

Here’s how:

1. Click here to log in to your Beachly account using the email and password you used when you signed up.

2. Click the My Subscriptions tab.

3. Next to the subscription you'd like to update, click the "Edit" button.

4. Under the Billing Address & Payment section, click "Edit".

5. A pop-up will confirm you would like an email to be sent in order to update your payment method. Please be sure to select "Send Email".

6. Look for an email with the subject line “Update your payment method for Beachly.”

7. Open the email and click “Confirm Payment Information.”

8. A secure page will open where you can enter your new billing details.

9. Don’t forget to click the “Update Card” button to save your changes!

Once you do that, you’re all set and ready for your next Beachly box to ship without a hitch! 🏖️✨

Multiple Subscriptions?: Each subscription is tied to its own method of payment. If you have more than one, please follow steps 3–9 above for each subscription you'd like to update.
