In short, we do not provide refunds or accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for sized apparel and accessories from Style subscription orders if the item doesn’t fit as expected.

For USA based customers, your first exchange is free, and any future exchanges cost $7 to help cover shipping and restocking costs. International exchanges are charged $10 for and you’re responsible for return shipping.
The exchange item will be shipped to you along with a return label and extra poly mailer. Place the old item in the provided poly mailer and apply the return label to the outside of the mailer. Drop the item off at your local FedEx store or United States Post Office, and you're all set!
Please note that all Member Market and Add-on sales are final and cannot be exchanged.
