What do I do if one or more of the items in my box were damaged?

Damaged item(s)?? Oh no, sorry about that! Don't sweat it though, we'll get you taken care of :)

Please submit a request to our community support team by clicking here, or send an email to hi@beachly.com. We kindly ask to be notified of any damaged item within 3 weeks of delivery and request photos so that we can share them with our fulfillment center and/or partnered vender. Please attach photos of the damaged items to the form/email when you submit your request.
