What do I do if one or more of the items in my box were damaged?

Damaged item(s)?? Oh no, sorry about that! Don't sweat it though, we'll get you taken care of :)

Please click HERE to use our contact form to get in touch with our Member Services Team and let them know about the damage. With damaged items, we like to request photos so that we can share them with our fulfillment center and/or partnered vender. Please attach photos of the damaged items to the contact form when you submit your request.
