We’ll be sad to see you go, but yes—you can cancel your Beachly Membership at any time, and we’ve made it super simple to do!
If you’d like to cancel, just log into your account here, click on Customer Service, and select Cancel Membership. Once canceled, all future charges will be stopped until you decide to come back (and we hope you will!).
Important:
To avoid being charged for your next box, please make sure to submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling a subscription will not affect any current or past orders. If your cancellation request comes in after the charge has processed, we may not be able to stop that order.
Already charged and need help?
If you've been billed and are hoping to cancel that specific order, reach out to us as soon as possible at hi@beachly.com. If your box hasn’t entered the fulfillment process, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is in fulfillment, we’re unable to cancel it—but we're always happy to help with other options if needed!
