Please note that canceling your subscription only stops future renewals—it won’t affect any current or past orders you’ve already been charged for.
If you submit your cancellation request after your renewal charge has already processed, it may not be possible to stop that order from shipping. Should you wish to cancel the order that recently processed, please immediately email our support team at hi@beachly.com with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
To avoid missing a cancellation in the future, you can always cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account here, clicking on My Subscriptions, selecting Edit next to the subscription you would like to cancel, and then selecting Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
