Updating your shipping address is easy—but timing is key! ⏰
To ensure your Beachly box arrives at the right place, you’ll need to update your shipping information before your subscription renews for the season. If your subscription has already renewed and you would like your address updated for the current seasonal box, please contact our team as soon as possible at hi@beachly.com.
✅ To update your shipping address:

Click the Manage Subscriptions tab on the left side of your screen: https://beachly.com/account

Next to the subscription you'd like to update, click the "Manage Subscription" button

Under the Shipping Address column, click "Edit" and update to your new address

You’ll be prompted to set this as your default shipping address—click Yes if you want this address to apply to all future boxes, or No if it's just for one box

Hit Save and you're all set! 📦
🚨 Important Notes:

For Market Orders: Shipping addresses for market orders can’t be changed from your dashboard. If you need to update an address for one of these, please email our team at hi@beachly.com right away. We’ll do our best to make the change as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet!

Already Shipped? If your order has already been processed or shipped to an outdated address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if a reroute is possible. If that’s not an option, don’t worry—email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note: While we’re happy to help reship your order if needed, it’s important to note that we are unable to facilitate multiple shipments to a new address if a customer fails to update their account information in a timely manner or neglects to inform us accordingly.
