Winter '25 Boxes:
The Women's Winter Box, Men's Winter Box, and Beauty Winter Box are expected to ship throughout the month of October, with new orders after that shipping within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
The Fall Home Box is expected to ship throughout the month of October, with new orders after that shipping within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
As soon as your seasonal box ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account. This email will include a tracking link and your expected delivery date. Additionally, you can view the shipping status of your order in the My Orders section of your account.
Once your box ships, transit times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
To avoid any shipping delay of your box, please ensure your Shipping and Billing Information are up-to-date prior to the start of each season (February (Spring), May (Summer), August (Fall), and November (Winter)). Please visit our FAQs to learn more about how to update your Shipping Information and/or Billing information.
A quick reminder for existing members: Seasonal renewals occur at the start of each season, reserving your upcoming box. Boxes generally ship over the following 2–4 weeks, and we post expected seasonal timelines at the start of each new season.
