Canceling an Annual Subscription works the same way as canceling a seasonal subscription. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, clicking on My Subscriptions, selecting Edit next to the subscription you would like to cancel, and then selecting Cancel Subscription.
When you sign up for an Annual Subscription, keep in mind you prepay for the entire year upfront — that’s 4 boxes delivered throughout the year. When you cancel your Annual Subscription, you’re canceling the next renewal charge—not the boxes you’ve already paid for in your current subscription period.
For example, if you start your Annual Subscription on April 1, 2025, you’ll be charged for the full year (4 boxes) on that date. Your next renewal will be scheduled for the next year during the Spring '26 season. If you cancel before the Spring of 2026, you’re simply canceling that renewal charge, and you will still receive the boxes you’ve already paid for in 2025.
