My tracking isn't showing movement yet, can I cancel and get a refund?

Unfortunately not. If your order has a tracking number appended to it, the order has already been processed and scheduled to be picked up by our shipping courier. It would be nearly impossible to stop the order from shipping because it would be like finding a needle in a haystack (a single box in a stack of thousands). In addition to that, sometimes there is a delay in tracking updates, and so an order can actually already be in transit even though the tracking isn't showing movement yet.   

If you need to cancel future renewals, you can cancel your subscription immediately by logging into your account here, clicking on Customer Service, and then Cancel Membership.
