Once your order has a tracking number, it means it has already been processed and scheduled for pickup by our shipping courier. At this stage, it’s nearly impossible to stop the shipment—imagine trying to find one box among thousands — it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Additionally, sometimes tracking information can take a little while to update, so even if you don’t see movement right away, your package might already be on its way.
If you want to prevent future shipments, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, selecting My Subscriptions, selecting Edit next to the subscription you would like to cancel, and then selecting Cancel Subscription.
